What a charity bib with Inner City Weightlifting involves
Using strength training to reduce youth violence and create economic opportunity in Boston neighborhoods.
The fundraising commitment
- Charity entry (you need a bib)
- $12,500 minimum
- Already registered (you have a bib)

Your donors give straight to Inner City Weightlifting through your GivenGain page. The BAA registration fee ($390 in January) is separate and paid by you.
What comes with the bib
- Guaranteed entry. No qualifying time and no lottery. Your place comes from Inner City Weightlifting’s official allocation.
- Coaching from CharityTeams. Max McGillivray and Patrick McMahon coach every team: a 20-week training plan, fundraising guidance, and answers when you need them.
- Group runs in Boston. Saturday runs from December out of the Lululemon store, plus the Superhero 17 in February and the Hop 21 in March.
- A fundraising page that works. Your GivenGain page, milestone check-ins, and donor receipts handled for you.
- A team singlet and a team that knows the course.
